By using Fuse, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. User Conduct

You are responsible for ensuring that your actions on Fuse are respectful and do not violate the rights of others. Fuse does not tolerate:

• Derogatory, offensive, or abusive language or content
• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Illegal, threatening, or harmful content

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for content you share on Fuse. Do not post content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Is misleading, fake, or encourages harm

4. Advertisers

Fuse is not responsible for third-party advertisers or claims they make. All interactions with external advertisers are at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fuse is not liable for:

• Losses or damages from using the platform
• Actions of other users
• Technical issues, bugs, or service disruptions

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

7. Termination

Accounts can be suspended or removed for violating these Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, or for any behavior that harms users or the platform.

8. Community Guidelines

Fuse is a safe, expressive space. By using the platform, you agree to:

• Not defame, insult, harass, or target any person, group, institution, or school — directly or indirectly
• Not post or promote hate speech, abuse, threats, sexually explicit content, religious/caste slurs, impersonation, or self-harm
• Respect boundaries of all users and the community

Violating these guidelines can lead to content deletion, account bans, and legal action. Moderators have full authority to take action. In severe cases, your data may be shared with legal authorities. Express yourself, but do not harm others.

9. Legal Representation Disclaimer

Fuse is a youth-led platform, independently ideated and developed. While certain founding team members are minors, all legal, managerial, and compliance responsibilities are undertaken by an adult co-founder. Any adults (e.g., guardians) mentioned in legal documents serve only as formal signatories and do not hold any operational or decision-making power. Liability lies solely with Fuse users and its creators.
