Fuse is a youth-led platform ideated and developed independently. While certain members of the founding team are under the legal age of majority, all legal, managerial, and compliance responsibilities are undertaken by the adult co-founder, who serves as the official representative of the company. Any adults, including family members of the underage founder, mentioned in internal or legal documents act purely as temporary guardians or signatories for formal requirements and hold no active operational, developmental, or decision-making role in the company. All liability, responsibility, or consequences arising from the platform rest solely with the Fuse creators and users, not with any uninvolved family members or guardians.
